We offer high accuracy, high complexity machining and precision assembly. Our services range from design using CAD and CAM, development, manufacture and installation of solutions, strongly supported by our in-house precision and fabrication engineering facilities. We are a reliable manufacturer of precision machined components and assembled products.

We have the most modern CNC turning and milling facility for the manufacture of finished precision components to any client specifications and can machine small, medium and large batch runs of critical components and turned parts to the oil and gas, aerospace, metrology, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, rheology, seismology and defence industries.

DESIGN

We utilise both 2D and 3D design software to design our bespoke solutions before sending component files out for flatbed and state of the art tube laser cutting, this ensures the highest degree of accuracy is achieved in all our fabrications.

FABRICATION

We Fabricate items from Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum, we have a wide range of fabrication equipment including a 135ton cnc press brake folding sheet materials up to 3.1m. Our skilled fabricators pride themselves on attention to detail and accuracy. The majority of our work is assembled on a 7ton cast flatbed table ensuring they stay flat and accurate throughout the manufacturing process.

WELDING

We have experienced Welders coded to BS EN 9606-1 and ASME IX, we offer welding in Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium, using GMAW (MIG), FCAW (flux core MIG), GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick).

SITE WORK

We offer delivery and installation of our fabrications including site repairs and welding, we also have a qualified ‘LOLER Appointed Person’ who can provide lift plans, risk assessments and lift supervision.
